Prototype Development & Demonstration Laboratory
Facilities & Use Rates
This laboratory is also a user facility for both University researchers and Industry. All the equipment in the laboratory is available for use. Users can utilize the laboratory space, technical expertise and the equipment for developing prototypes and carrying out tests for components and systems related to energy. The laboratory also has a clean room and a walk-in hood.

Industrial Collaboration
Companies interested in utilizing the facilities and the expertise available at
the University of Florida can obtain membership in the incubator. Three levels
of membership are available: Full, Associate and Affiliate at a cost of $25,000,
15,000 and 7,500 (for small business only) respectively. The membership
privileges include reduced user fee and invitation to research seminars
conducted by FISE. UF projects submitted through FISE are eligible for
additional discounts.
